Environmental Protection Company (EPA) Administrator Andrew Wheeler will commit some of his ultimate days in place of work in Costa Rica.
The excursion will come soon after the EPA canceled Wheeler’s scheduled vacation to Taiwan in November amid pushback around the price tag of a $250,000 chartered flight amid the coronavirus.
