Roisin O’Connor has been appointed Head Chef at The Property Cafe in Cliff Property Hotel, which retains a Michelin star.

Roisin joined Property Restaurant nearly seventeen months ago as Senior Sous Chef underneath Head Chef Ian Doyle, and is thrilled to be having the reigns at this gorgeous cliff aspect cafe.
