Canceled flights could dent travel recovery: UK CAA

The United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) chief executive Richard Moriarty warned the country’s airways and airports that abnormal flight cancellations and delays have the “potential to affect self-confidence levels” throughout the aviation marketplace, which is nonetheless on the way to recovery. 

The warning will come just months following travellers started struggling with extended queues, huge flight cancellations and delays at the UK’s busiest airports, like London Heathrow, Manchester Airport, and Gatwick Airport.
